1.1 BACKGROUND

At this time, the internet is one part of the need for people who almost every day used for learning, sales, social media, and many more that the point is to get the information needed. To access information from the internet it takes mobile network technology that contains internet access speed. The need for speed internet access in Indonesia may even almost all over the world needed because with the faster access to the internet then the ease to send and get information can be faster.
Existing mobile network technologies in Indonesia are generations of zero generation (0G), first generation (1G), second generation (2G), third generation (3G), and fourth generation (4G), and are expected to be adopted by Indonesia is the fifth generation (5G). The larger the generation of cellular network technology is the more sophisticated and increasingly complex technology also in meeting the human needs to send and obtain information via the internet.
By 2020, it predicted that 5G mobile network technology will be launched globally. Preparation has been done by the state of Indonesia is to create an institution "Indonesia Forum 5G". Some telecommunication infrastructure providers such as Ericsson and Huawei have already tested the 5G network in Indonesia. The government's readiness in welcoming this mobile network technology innovation was responded by Head of Research and Human Resource Development, Ministry of Communication and Informatics (Kominfo), Basuki Yusuf Iskandar. He put forward his response on this 5G network technology that there are some things to consider before adopting this 5G network.
Some of the responses put forward by Basuki Yusuf Iskandar are "we do not stutter the technology. Instead of wanting to be a late adopter, but a rational adopter, the second "we should look at other countries. Let them adopt early so that we can be learning and be better preparing" here readiness is meant by him is not only in terms of technology alone, but in terms of industry readiness, regulation and community systems. The third "technology is good if people understand. If only understood half, the community is not productive ", the fourth" if pas 4G there is a Uber case that only one sector. Later 5G the impact is more problematic. So the preparation there must be more mature ", according to him the impact of 5G network will be more complex, as has been explained by the author that the greater the generation then the more sophisticated and complex also the technology, especially in terms of problems caused. In addition, the problem posed "Disruptive Technology". Disruptive Technology is innovations that help create new markets, disrupt or destroy existing markets, and ultimately replace the previous technology.
Regardless of readiness in terms of regulation and community conditions, 5G technology providers are ready to run the network in various parts of the world. The consortium, which includes Qualcomm, Ericsson, Nokia and ZTE, respectively, vociferously voiced the benefits of 5G implementation in social and economic fields. Accordingly, Head of Network Solutions, Network Evolution Ericsson, Ng Thiaw Seng, advises telecommunication operators in Indonesia to start trying 5G technology from now on. In addition, Huawei, a Chinese technology giant company also rumored to be launching its hardware products with 5G connectivity in 2018. While in 2019, the company will combined support on the chip and then launch 5G phone.
According to the author, the author agrees with the opinion of Mr. Basuki Yusuf Iskandar as Head of Research and Human Resource Development, Ministry of Communications and Information, about 5G cellular network technology to be adopted in Indonesia. We should first look at other countries that are networking 5G network technology so we can learn and be better prepared to use it. Instead of thinking about the 5G network that will still be adopted by Indonesia, it would be better we maximize the first mobile network technology that has been adopted in Indonesia. One such cellular network technology is the 4G network.
According to the Minister of Communications and Information, Rudiantara, the 4G network will be available in all regions of Indonesia by 2019. This means that currently the 4G network is still inaccessible to some communities in some parts of Indonesia. So better,  we more focused on this existing network technology and maximize all the advantages possessed by the network technology.
